School Break Creative & Fun Day Camp Make your child’s winter and spring breaks unforgettable with our Creative Break Camp! Perfect for ages 4-11, this engaging program is designed to inspire creativity, spark curiosity, and bring endless fun to your child’s break from school. Dates & Time: Monday through Friday, 9:15 AM - 3:15 PM Ages: 4-11 years Activities Include: Acrylic Painting: Guided projects to explore color, technique, and artistic expression. Arts & Crafts: Hands-on crafting activities that foster imagination and creativity. Science Experiments: Fun and educational experiments to spark your child’s curiosity. Clay Sculpting: Build fine motor skills and bring imaginative ideas to life through sculpting. Games & Fun: Interactive group games and activities designed for laughter and enjoyment! Led by a former art professor, our camp combines art, science, and play to create an enriching and memorable experience your child will love. Cancellation Policy
Party Policy 1. Booking & Deposit A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your party date and time. This deposit covers the cost of materials and reserves our space and instructor. The remaining 50% balance is due at the end of the party. Parties are booked on a first-come, first-served basis. Dates are not confirmed until the deposit is received. 2. Party Package & Additional Guests The base price for the Canvas Painting Party is $365 for up to 10 children. Additional guests can be added for $25 per child. Please confirm the final number of guests 5 days before the party. Any additional guests beyond the agreed number will be charged at the rate listed above. 3. Cancellations & Rescheduling Deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred if the party is rescheduled. You may reschedule your party up to 7 days in advance at no additional cost, subject to availability. Rescheduling made with less than 7 days' notice will forfeit the deposit. 4. Arrival & Set-Up Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled party time for setup. Our staff will assist with any additional items or decorations you wish to bring. The party will last for 1hour and 45 minutes, including time for painting and other planned activities. 5. Clean-Up We take care of all clean-up after the painting activity so you can enjoy the party without worry! If you bring food, drinks, or party favors, please ensure they are cleared away at the end of the party. 6. Parental Supervision Parents are welcome to stay and enjoy the party. However, at least one parent or guardian must be present during the entire party for supervision. 7. Final Payment The remaining balance is due at the conclusion of the party. We accept cash, credit cards, or digital payments (details provided upon booking). 8. Allergies & Safety Please inform us in advance if any of the children have allergies or special needs. We will make every effort to accommodate them. While we provide smocks for the children, we recommend that they wear clothes suitable for art activities, as accidents can happen.
