Cancellation Policy

"Mommy and Me" Music & Movement Fun Class Policy Welcome to the "Mommy and Me" Music & Movement Fun Class! We’re thrilled to offer a joyful and interactive experience for you and your child, combining music, rhythm, and movement. Please review our class policies to ensure a fun and safe experience for everyone. 1. Registration and Fees • Pre-registration Required: Registration is required in advance to secure your spot. You can register through our website www.troyplaydate.com • Payment: Full payment is required at the time of registration. We accept credit cards, debit cards. • Refund Policy: If you need to cancel, please do so at least 48 hours before the class to receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the class are non-refundable. 2. Attendance Missed Classes: If you’re unable to attend, please notify us 24 hours in advance. Unfortunately, missed classes cannot be refunded, though makeup sessions may be offered, subject to availability. 3. Parent/Guardian Participation • Active Participation: This is a "Mommy and Me" class, so parent or guardian participation is required. We encourage you to engage fully in the activities alongside your child, as this enhances their learning and enjoyment. • Supervision: Parents/guardians are responsible for supervising their child throughout the session. We ask that you help guide your child during activities and ensure their safe participation. 4. Health and Safety • Illness: For the health and safety of all participants, please do not attend class if you or your child is feeling unwell or displaying symptoms of illness (fever, cough, etc.). If illness occurs during class, we may ask you to leave early for the comfort of others. • Emergency Contacts: Ensure we have up-to-date emergency contact information on file for each family attending. 5. Class Structure and Materials • Music and Instruments: All instruments, such as drums, shakers, and bells, will be provided for use during the class. We ask that all participants (adults and children) handle the instruments with care. • Movement Activities: Comfortable clothing and socks with grips are recommended for both parents and children to ensure safety during movement activities. • Hand Washing: We encourage all participants to wash their hands or use hand sanitizer before and after class.
