Class Description
1500 SF Private Party Room: Children create small sculptures using air-dry clay. Option 1: Colored Air-Dry Clay Party Kids sculpt using colored air-dry clay, creating vibrant sculptures without the need for additional painting. While the clay is still soft, children can decorate their pieces with beads, sequins, and other embellishments. Sculptures are ready to take home and dry fully, with no additional work needed. Option 2: Classic Air-Dry Clay & Painting Party Children sculpt using classic air-dry clay. After sculpting, kids can decorate their wet creations with beads, glitter, and other fun items. Once dried at home, their sculptures can be painted for a fun follow-up activity, allowing them to continue their creative journey. Big-screen TV available for a personalized PowerPoint display of the birthday child's pictures. Fun dance activity and access to toys, playsets, a ball pit, and photo spots for memorable pictures. All materials provided (clay, paints, tools). Party duration: 2 hours. Base Price $415 for 10 children Additional Guests: $25 per child.

Your "Party Policy" sounds very clear and well-structured! Here are a few minor revisions for clarity and smoothness: Party Policy 1. Booking & Deposit A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your party date and time. This deposit covers the cost of materials and reserves our space and instructor. The remaining 50% balance is due at the end of the party. Parties are booked on a first-come, first-served basis. Dates are not confirmed until the deposit is received. 2. Party Package & Additional Guests The base price for the Canvas Painting Party is $350 for up to 10 children. Additional guests can be added for $25 per child. Please confirm the final number of guests 5 days before the party. Any additional guests beyond the agreed number will be charged at the rate listed above. 3. Cancellations & Rescheduling Deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred if the party is rescheduled. You may reschedule your party up to 7 days in advance at no additional cost, subject to availability. Rescheduling made with less than 7 days' notice will forfeit the deposit. 4. Arrival & Set-Up Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled party time for setup. Our staff will assist with any additional items or decorations you wish to bring. The party will last for 1hour and 45 minutes, including time for painting and other planned activities. 5. Clean-Up We take care of all clean-up after the painting activity so you can enjoy the party without worry! If you bring food, drinks, or party favors, please ensure they are cleared away at the end of the party. 6. Parental Supervision Parents are welcome to stay and enjoy the party.
